• Legal Assistants and Paralegals report to Team Managers and attorneys.
• Work alongside other members of the legal team to prepare and file cases for visa applications.
• Critical role in providing legal services for clients.
• Remote candidates will be considered, with preference for Pacific Time Zone hours.
• Undergo intensive training in immigration law.
• Draft and organize forms and documents.
• Communicate with clients regarding visa instructions and notices.
• Process and organize government correspondence.
• Enter data into internal management platforms.
• Assist in other projects as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• 1-1.5 years of business immigration experience required.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Ability to utilize office software accurately.
• Willingness to adapt to updates in technology.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
