In Short

• Legal Assistants and Paralegals report to Team Managers and attorneys.
• Work alongside other members of the legal team.
• Prepare and file cases for non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications.
• Role in providing legal services for clients.
• Draft and organize forms and documents.
• Communicate with clients regarding visa instructions.
• Assist in organizing documents for new processes.
• Process government correspondence.
• Enter data into internal management platforms.
• Work on other projects as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• 3-5 years of business immigration law experience required.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, critical, and quantitative thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Ability to utilize office software accurately.
• Willingness to adapt to updates in office technology.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
