• Legal Writers report to the Writing Team Manager and work alongside other legal support staff members.
• Responsible for preparing and filing specific writing-intensive immigration cases.
• Position is fully remote for US-based applicants in specific time zones.
• Tasks include collecting documents, conducting research, and drafting case documents.
• Must compile case exhibits and organize case files for submission.
• Data entry into internal management platforms is required.
• Communication with clients regarding visa instructions and approvals is part of the role.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in business immigration.
• Attention to detail and effective writing ability are essential.
• Strong organizational and computer skills are necessary.

• 2+ years of experience in business immigration, including writing for NIW cases.
