In Short

• Work alongside legal support staff in the Writing Team.
• Prepare and file writing-intensive immigration cases.
• Collect and review documents from petitioners.
• Conduct internet research for relevant case facts.
• Draft persuasive case documents and RFE responses.
• Compile and organize case exhibits.
• Enter data into internal management platforms.
• Communicate with clients regarding visa instructions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• Strong writing ability with excellent grammar and clarity.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Proven effective writing ability.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and open to feedback.
• Fluency with tools and systems.
• Experience with project management tools and legal research platforms.
