In Short

• Legal Writers work alongside other legal support staff members as part of the Writing Team.
• Responsible for preparing and filing writing-intensive immigration cases.
• Drafting persuasive and detailed case documents, including support letters and complex RFE responses.
• Collecting and reviewing documents from petitioners.
• Conducting internet research for relevant case facts.
• Compiling case exhibits in an organized manner.
• Entering data accurately into internal data management platforms.
• Assisting in drafting client communications regarding visa instructions.
• 3-5 years experience in business immigration required.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• 3-5 years experience in business immigration, including writing for NIW cases.
• Proven effective writing ability.
• Strong organization, process, and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
