Paralegal - Business Immigration Law (PERM/IV) - Remote

In Short

• Building on and applying a deep understanding of all steps of the PERM, I-140, and AOS processes.
• Drafting job descriptions and employment verification letters.
• Submitting forms and requests to the Department of Labor.
• Communicating with clients regarding visa instructions and approval notices.
• Assisting legal and administrative teams in requesting and organizing documents.
• Processing and organizing government correspondence.
• Entering data accurately into internal data management platforms.
• Working on other projects as directed by the Team Manager or attorney.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record (STEM majors preferred).
• 1-3 years of PERM experience required.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, critical and quantitative thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize office software accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to adapt to and embrace updates in office technology.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
