We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Legal or Paralegal Assistant to join a dynamic U.S.-based immigration law firm that’s committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal processes with compassion and precision.

In Short

Work remotely with flexible hours and some U.S. overlap.
Draft and prepare immigration petitions and legal correspondence.
Assist attorneys with client intake and documentation review.
Manage case files and ensure timely follow-up on immigration deadlines.
Conduct basic legal research and summarize case facts.
Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documents.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in client records.

Requirements

Passion for immigration law.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in legal assistance or paralegal work is a plus.
