In Short

• Legal Assistants and Paralegals report to Team Managers and attorneys.
• Work alongside other members of the legal team to prepare and file cases.
• Play a critical role in providing legal services for clients.
• Draft and organize forms and documents.
• Communicate with clients regarding visa instructions.
• Assist in requesting and organizing documents.
• Process and organize government correspondence.
• Enter data accurately into internal platforms.
• Work on other projects as directed.
• Remote candidates will be considered, preferably in Pacific Time Zone.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• 1-2 years of business immigration law experience required.
• Superb attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, critical and quantitative thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Ability to utilize office software accurately.
• Willingness to adapt to updates in office technology.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
