Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who will transition into a Marketing Director role. As our first Growth Marketing hire, you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and building awareness for Wokelo’s innovative platform.

In Short

• Lead the creation and execution of Wokelo’s ABM strategy.
• Oversee multichannel ABM campaigns including email, display ads, and social media.
• Establish KPIs to track ABM campaign performance.
• Plan and execute B2B events and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with industry experts for impactful presentations.
• Build strategic partnerships for co-marketing opportunities.
• Develop tailored content for the buyer’s journey.
• Manage end-to-end product marketing launches.
• Optimize paid acquisition campaigns and SEO strategies.
• Be a founding member of a Gen-AI startup team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Growth Lead at a startup.
• Expertise in account-based marketing and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AI or financial technology is a strong advantage.
