Overview

We have the perfect solution for our customers, now we need you to roll it out. We have optimized over 10,000 apartments with our AI & IoT-supported software, significantly reducing tenant operating costs, saving tons of CO2, and relieving property managers of work. Now we want to scale with our existing customers from 10,000 to 100,000 apartments – and that's where you come in!

In Short

  • You will manage the Buying Center of our existing customers, planning roll-outs and identifying upselling potentials.
  • You will be the central contact person for decision-makers on the customer side.
  • You will work closely with the management and replicate successful sales know-how.
  • You will contribute to the go-to-market strategy and develop new growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with proven success in closing large, multi-year framework agreements.
  • Excellent German language skills and fluent English.
  • Driver's license class B and willingness to travel regularly within Austria.
