Overview

The Finance Support Specialist will act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers across EMEA, handling queries related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions in multiple languages.

In Short

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from vendors and customers regarding AP and AR queries.
  • Provide accurate information on invoice processing, payments, and billing issues.
  • Log, triage, and resolve queries within agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure customer interactions are logged and tracked using a case management system.
  • Liaise with finance teams to resolve transactional issues.
  • Assist in tracking recurring issues for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of client policies and process changes.
  • Support knowledge base creation in local languages.
  • Collaborate with peers across shifts for consistent service.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or contact center environment.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Basic understanding of AP and AR processes.
  • Customer-focused with professional management of sensitive situations.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or case management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented team player.
