Overview

The Finance Support PTP & OTC position involves managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and customer inquiries in a multinational environment.

In Short

  • Generate and validate customer invoices.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for payments.
  • Apply incoming payments to customer accounts.
  • Handle customer orders from entry to fulfillment.
  • Support credit checks and manage customer credit limits.
  • Process billing corrections and adjustments.
  • Respond to customer queries related to invoices and payments.
  • Invoice processing and disbursements for accounts payable.
  • Transactional support for PO process in Ariba.
  • Strong communication skills required in French and English.

Requirements

  • Advanced language skills in French and English.
  • Experience in customer service or finance/BPO setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing systems or case management platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented team player.
