Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Support.
• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.

• Customer-focused and good at multi-tasking.
• Problem-solving skills to identify barriers.
• Good communication skills in client-facing situations.
• Firm understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and basic HTML.
• Familiarity with different payment types.
• Flexibility with schedule for possible day/night shifts.
• Understanding of chargeback, KYC, and sports/casino bets.
