Overview

The Deputy Manager - Analytics will work closely with global pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices clients to deliver value through commercial forecasting and analytics.

In Short

• Work with stakeholders to design robust forecasting methodologies.
• Perform disease landscape and competitive landscape analysis.
• Develop complex forecasting models that meet business needs.
• Present forecasting approaches and insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze internal and external data for business questions.
• Stay updated with pharma industry trends.
• Collaborate with a team of analysts and consultants.
• Own end-to-end forecasting for assigned portfolios.
• Develop scenarios and simulations for forecasting.
• Utilize various datasets for data analysis.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in forecasting projects.
• Knowledge of forecasting principles and techniques.
• Experience with various therapeutic areas including oncology.
• Ability to integrate and synthesize data for insights.
• Good analytical skills for forecast analysis.
• Understanding of key datasets like IQVIA and Kantar.
• Self-starter with a startup spirit.
• B. Pharm - MBA or M. Pharm - MBA preferred.
• Exposure to VBA, PowerBI, and Tableau is desirable.
