The Psychology Training Coordinator oversees the design, implementation, and administration of all psychology training programs within the hospital, ensuring high-quality educational experiences and adherence to accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology required.
• 2-3 years of postdoctoral clinical experience.
• 2 years of experience supervising psychology trainees.
• Experience in designing and managing psychology training programs.
• Familiarity with APA and APPIC accreditation standards.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and implement program improvements.
• Commitment to cultural sensitivity in clinical training.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
