Requirements

  • Associate degree in Secretarial Science/Business preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience required; healthcare experience desirable.
  • Experience with Epic Hyperspace is required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize patient needs effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of managed care plans and insurance verification.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA confidentiality and privacy policies.
