Overview

We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support the Family Medicine suite at Brigham and Women’s Health Care Center in Pembroke, contributing to high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

In Short

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Support Family Medicine suite onsite, Monday through Friday.
  • Opportunity to work autonomously and as part of a care team.
  • Assist during office visits, including rooming and vitals.
  • Perform tasks related to patient panel management.
  • Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms.
  • Interact professionally with patients and families.
  • May float to other departments as needed.
  • Looking for candidates with positive attitudes and empathy.
  • High school diploma required; preferred graduate of a Medical Assistant training program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Empathy and passion for patient care.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Flexibility to float to other departments when necessary.
