Overview

The Clinical Liaison is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong connections with community partners and healthcare providers to promote the hospital's services and facilitate patient transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field required.
  • 2-3 years of community outreach experience required.
  • 1-2 years of healthcare/managed care experience required.
  • Knowledge of local healthcare resources and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Licenses such as LCSW, RN, or other relevant healthcare licenses preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the community as needed.
  • No experience in lieu of a degree accepted.
