Clinic/Practice Assistant, Pediatrics - Remote

Overview

The Clinic/Practice Assistant will support clinical operations at the Mass General Brigham Medical Group in Haverhill, performing both administrative and clinical tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.

In Short

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Perform administrative duties related to patient visits.
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment records.
• Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes.
• Answer telephones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process patient billing forms and manage medical records.
• Monitor patient flow and respond to needs in the waiting room.
• Work under close to general supervision.
• Occasional rotating weekends and holidays required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of healthcare office experience required.
• Basic proficiency with Office Suite.
• Knowledge of office operations and procedures.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
