Clinic/Practice Assistant - Ortho Walk-In - Remote

Overview

The Clinic/Practice Assistant will support the Ortho Walk-In Clinic by performing both administrative and clinical functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

In Short

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties.
• Make patient appointments and maintain records.
• Greet and assist patients effectively.
• Handle phone inquiries and schedule appointments.
• Process patient billing forms and manage medical records.
• Monitor patient flow and respond to needs in the waiting room.
• Work at least one weekday and one weekend a month.
• Hours include weekday shifts from 8:30am-5:00pm and weekends from 8:30am-5:00pm on Saturday and 8:30am-3:00pm on Sunday.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year of healthcare office experience required.
