Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager and Bookkeeper to join our team and help streamline day-to-day operations while providing critical support to our Executive team.

In Short

  • Oversee and optimise daily business operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks for the Executive team.
  • Perform end-to-end bookkeeping duties.
  • Manage payroll and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare budgets and deliver financial reports.
  • Lead onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work in a remote-first environment.
  • Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team.

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant or Bookkeeper with a degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
