WizeMentoring is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity while managing financials.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Develop and improve operational policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Act as the primary contact between the Executive team and clients.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant or Bookkeeper with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of Australian Bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in business operations and management roles.
• Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
