In Short

• Launch and manage an ambassador program that builds brand awareness, advocacy and customer engagement.
• Develop and execute an organic gifting program, including sourcing, outreach and performance tracking.
• Stand up brand influencer campaigns focused on key content themes and narrative storytelling.
• Act as external facing contact for all brand ambassadors and influencers.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Create clear timelines, workflows and reporting cadence for all key initiatives.
• Work with members of the brand, growth and creative team to amplify content.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in brand management or marketing.
• Ability to build relationships with influencers and ambassadors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in developing marketing campaigns.
