In Short

  • Manage a team of Solutions Support Engineers providing technical support.
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop subject matter experts within the team.
  • Drive projects to improve support processes and productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on high-priority escalations.
  • Design solutions to scale support offerings through automation.
  • Provide insights and trends on escalations to leadership.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience with products and features.
  • Participate in training and onboarding of new hires.
  • Act as a customer advocate for timely problem resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing support engineering teams.
  • 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support.
  • 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud monitoring systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have previous experience working with external customers.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs or GraphQL is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic web technologies and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience managing technical escalations.
  • Familiarity with virtualization and cloud identity systems.
