• Lead curriculum design and execution of learning strategies for the Wiz Revenue team.
• Develop and own learning strategies for multiple roles.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps.
• Design blended learning experiences using modern instructional techniques.
• Leverage AI to personalize learning experiences.
• Collaborate with leadership and product experts.
• Define success metrics and collect feedback for improvement.
• 8+ years in learning experience or instructional design roles.
• Expertise in adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with AI and learning tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product enablement.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of LXD professionals.
• Strong project management skills.
• Collaborative spirit and a builder’s mindset.
• Familiarity with LMS/CMS systems.
• Experience with modern training formats like microlearning.
• Excellent visual design and communication skills.
