In Short

• Lead the curriculum design and execution of impactful learning strategies for the Wiz Revenue team.
• Develop and own the learning strategy for multiple roles across the GTM organization.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and create learning journeys that drive real outcomes.
• Design and develop blended learning experiences, including eLearning and instructor-led sessions.
• Leverage AI to personalize learning experiences and streamline content creation.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and product experts to align learning with team goals.
• Define success metrics and collect feedback to improve learning experiences.
• 8+ years in a learning experience or instructional design role.
• Proficiency with AI and learning tools like ChatGPT and Articulate Rise.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a learning experience, instructional design, or enablement role.
• Proven experience in New Product Release and Product enablement.
• 5+ years of experience building and managing a team of LXD professionals.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum development.
• Familiarity with LMS/CMS systems and modern training formats.
• Strong project management, visual design, and communication skills.
• A collaborative spirit and a builder’s mindset.
