The Director of Subcontractors provides strategic leadership and oversight for all external partner engagements, managing the entire subcontracting lifecycle from vetting to performance auditing.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations.
• Experience with KPI establishment and tracking.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
