Overview

We are searching for a Customer Success Director (we call it Partner Success Director at Wishpond), to join our team. It will be a temporary appointment for approximately 6 months, which will allow us to more closely align the responsibilities with the needs of the operation. Depending on the success of the chosen applicant, there is a potential of the position becoming permanent. This new role is a fully remote position and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. Overseeing our Wishpond Customer Success and Customer Support Teams, this position will work closely with all teams to ensure the success of our Partners. Together with all Teams, the Partner Success Director is responsible for the continued success of Wishpond Technologies Ltd.

  • Collaborate across business lines to identify partner growth opportunities.
  • Provide strong leadership and promote collaboration.
  • Manage complex projects balancing business and client needs.
  • Recruit, mentor, and empower Team Members.
  • Work cross-functionally to increase partner value.
  • Communicate new initiatives and ensure processes are upheld.
  • Conduct partner, brand, and product research initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in a SaaS-oriented marketing operation or agency.
  • Strong recruitment, training, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Experience in sales is an asset.
  • Capacity to manage global teams and complex projects.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and client-first mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Technical, analytical, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
  • Willing to participate in ongoing education and training.
