In Short

  • Serve as the main technical product consultant for Wingtra stakeholders in the APAC region.
  • Support customers and partners to maximize product utilization through best-in-class support.
  • Leverage knowledge in drone workflows, photogrammetry, geomatics, and surveying.
  • Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Drive engagement with regional partners through onboarding and training sessions.
  • Utilize Hubspot as a CRM platform for customer support requests.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or sales of a technical product.
  • Proficiency with modern CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to company headquarters and within the APAC region.
  • Business-level fluency in English.
  • Residence in GMT +7 / +8 / +9 time zones.
