Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in facilitating high-impact demand generation and digital marketing initiatives that promote the Windsor brand, drive traffic and occupancy, and increase customer engagement across the portfolio’s digital channels.

In Short

  • Remote position requiring residence in specific states.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks related to the brand website.
  • Coordinate lead generation efforts and advertising partnerships.
  • Analyze lead generation data to improve targeting and conversion.
  • Support digital agency activities and monitor campaign performance.
  • Maintain relationships with Internet Listing Services (ILS) providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Implement and track lead generation campaigns across digital channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and website optimization.
  • Experience with ILS platforms and digital marketing agencies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Yardi Site Manager, and Google Analytics 4 preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
