GCM Relationship Manager II - Public Finance - Remote

Overview

Manages client relationships and daily administration of assigned Global Capital Markets (GCM) accounts of varying complexity and importance, including all administrative, operational and risk management activities for GCM transactions.

In Short

• Manages client relationships for Global Capital Markets accounts.
• Coordinates activities related to risk monitoring and regulatory compliance.
• Reviews and analyzes legal documents for assigned accounts.
• Works with internal and external partners to close GCM transactions.
• Participates in sales calls and prepares fee proposals.
• Identifies opportunities for revenue increases related to services.
• Provides support for other Relationship Managers as needed.
• Maintains internal control standards and adheres to risk policies.
• Represents GCM at client meetings and transaction closings.
• Assists in the development of business products and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of client service experience.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Experience with legal document analysis and financial calculations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with corporate structures and regulations.
• Managerial or leadership experience preferred.
• CCTS certification is a plus.
