The Salesforce Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Salesforce expert with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions while leveraging expertise in multiple clouds.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud and CPQ solutions.
• Expertise in UI frameworks including Salesforce Lightning Design System, AngularJS, Sencha, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Okta, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and API-led connectivity.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams.
