Overview

The Organizational Performance (OP) Manager at William Osler Health System works with hospital leadership to enhance clinical and business operations, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality of patient care services.

In Short

  • Lead the OP consulting team to ensure excellence in customer service.
  • Develop strong engagement with clients and stakeholders.
  • Participate in developing organizational expertise in performance measures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in science, economics, engineering, business, or math.
  • Experience in health administration or hospital decision support.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Experience with hospital sector administrative data sets.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments.
  • Experience with hospital information systems like Meditech and EPIC.
  • Experience with reporting and analytical tools.
