Overview

The Health and Safety Auditor role at Wifinity involves promoting a positive Health and Safety culture while conducting audits and inspections across various customer sites in the South of England.

In Short

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Promote positive SHEQ behaviors among stakeholders.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and deliver Toolbox Talks based on audit findings.
• Maintain records of audits and corrective actions.
• Assist in investigations related to health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Support the development of the Company Management System.
• Contribute to the maintenance of accreditations.
• Work independently and drive forward change.
• Travel across the South of England for site visits.

Requirements

• Experience as a Health and Safety/SHEQ Advisor in construction.
• Knowledge of RAMS development.
• Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to gain Security Clearance.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence safety behaviors.
• Excellent prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel and engage in face-to-face interactions.
