Health and Safety Technician - Remote

Overview

We are expanding our People team, and while the title is not crucial, we refer to this role as a Health and Safety Technician. The key is to have solid experience in the field of Risk Prevention, good communication skills, and a constant desire to keep learning.

In Short

• Conduct periodic evaluations of risks associated with job positions, identifying and analyzing potential hazards.
• Design and implement prevention plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide ongoing training in occupational risk prevention to all employees, especially regarding new technologies and digital work environments.
• Investigate accidents or incidents related to occupational health and coordinate the management of absences, as well as prepare detailed reports.
• Evaluate and improve ergonomic conditions of workstations, especially in technological and office positions.
• Prepare and present reports on the state of workplace safety and the results of risk evaluations.
