Strategic Engagement Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Strategic Engagement Program Manager supports the Strategic Engagement team in driving the WHO Foundation’s investment blueprint for key Health Programs and Impact Areas. This role focuses on developing investment opportunities, conducting research and analysis, and producing high-quality content to guide strategies and engage stakeholders.

In Short

• Support the SE Team in identifying and monitoring investment opportunities.
• Coordinate, plan, and produce materials on strategic initiatives.
• Manage investment initiatives from opportunity identification to donor-facing materials.
• Act as liaison between the SE team and other units.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and generate insights.
• Support the SE Heads in developing the WHO Foundation’s investment portfolio.
• Assist in training and communicating on WHO’s programs.
• Build capacity of junior colleagues and interns.
• Participate in technical meetings and donor discussions.
• Work in a dynamic non-profit environment with a multicultural team.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in public health or related field.
• Strong skills in quantitative data analytics.
• Expertise in preparing high-quality slide decks.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Good knowledge of the global health ecosystem.
• Fluency in English.
• Comfort with operating in a fast-paced environment.
