Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven backend expertise with high-scale systems.
  • Experience with Python, Elixir, and/or Postgres.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to ship high-quality products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions.
  • Proactive in improving team environment.
