In Short

  • Empower Developers - You will be the expert on best practices for developing mobile applications using Ditto at scale.
  • Deliver Quality Solutions - You will be the trusted advisor to the customer throughout their implementation and successful production deployment.
  • Ensure Success - Working alongside our Technical Support team you will help navigate complex technical issues.
  • Drive Innovation and Adoption - Develop new use cases on Ditto and drive adoption of the Ditto platform.
  • Opportunity for Travel - The strongest relationships are made in person and we like to bring our expertise to where our customers are.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a an SRE, DevOps Engineer or Technical Support Engineer.
  • Responsibility for establishing and maintaining Enterprise Kubernetes deployments.
  • Demonstrable experience with the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • High level of proficiency in driving complex technical issues to resolution.
  • A genuine passion for helping others succeed with technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Working onsite with customers, flexibility for occasional travel is required.
  • Broad familiarity with mobile software and hardware providers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Nice to Have: Experience contributing to open-source projects.
