Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design skills.
• Proven success designing customer-facing experiences.
• Deep expertise in interaction design and user-centered design.
• Strong understanding of search, discovery, and personalization design principles.
• Experience in e-commerce or live shopping platforms is a plus.
• Strong collaborator at the intersection of product, business, and user needs.
• Portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions to complex problems.
