Whatnot is the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, blending community, shopping, and entertainment. We are looking for a G&A Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for our People, Finance, and Legal teams.

In Short

• Own full-cycle recruiting process for various G&A roles.
• Identify talented candidates and partner with hiring managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of G&A/Business recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in recruiting across multiple levels.
• Comfortable managing the entire recruitment process.
• Enjoy sourcing and building relationships with candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Extremely organized and able to balance priorities.
• Data-focused and measure pipeline health.
