Overview

The Customer Service Specialist primarily engages with WEX customers over the phone, providing high-quality service and accurate answers to inquiries about available products.

• Assist customers by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Handle 40-60 inbound calls per day.
• Use 10-15 different systems simultaneously.
• Deliver clear communication and accurate solutions.
• Educate customers on additional options and features.
• Respond to email inquiries with proper language and grammar.
• Conduct thorough research for inquiries.
• Achieve established customer service standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and education.
• Provide training to team members when necessary.

Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English required.
• Proficiency with computers is required.
• Access to high-speed internet via ethernet cable is required.
• Experience managing a steady flow of incoming calls.
• Strong customer service and/or call center background preferred.
