Overview

We are seeking a Principal Engineer, Software Development Apps to join our innovative team at Western Digital. In this pivotal role, you will work with external customers and internal teams to design and develop enterprise HDD and its storage applications, driving technical excellence and innovation across our organization.

Requirements

• Experience in modern Datacenters and Storage Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles.
• Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Expertise in performance optimization for high-traffic applications.
• Strong project management skills.
