Overview

The Account Representative at Western Digital will work cross-functionally to manage customer relationships, drive revenue, and coordinate communication between various departments to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of account management experience.
  • Understanding of market conditions affecting customers.
  • Knowledge of customer legal contracts and terms.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes.
