Presales Consultant - Remote

Westcon-Comstor is a global leader in business technologies, connecting leading IT manufacturers with technology resellers, system integrators, and service providers. We are looking for a Presales Consultant to support our Presales team, preferably located in Wiener Neudorf, but also open to remote work.

In Short

• Conduct installations for demo purposes and testing independently.
• Plan IT projects based on technical experience.
• Share knowledge for successful cross-selling with colleagues, customers, and partners, either remotely or on-site.
• Conduct technical innovation workshops independently.
• Develop strategic IT processes with entrepreneurial knowledge and technical understanding.
• Prepare presentations and assemble resource estimates independently.
• Validate and conceptualize IT infrastructures and conduct live demos at customer and manufacturer events.
• Work on projects involving the latest technologies.
• Enhance your skills through training and certification programs.

Requirements

• Completed education and experience in IT technology, sales, or consulting.
• Possibility of a career change with relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Ability to engage people and possess sales talent, ideally with sales experience in IT solutions.
• Manufacturer certifications in cloud, security, or networking are advantageous.
• Experience in enterprise networks, wireless, SDA, SD-WAN, or security is desirable.
• High resilience, flexibility, teamwork, and structured, independent work style are essential.
• Technical interest, experience with IT systems, outstanding customer orientation, communication skills, and willingness to travel complete your profile.
