As an Associate Director, Clinical Monitoring at WEP Clinical, you will lead clinical monitoring teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical trials and contributing to the development of innovative therapies that improve patient access to treatments.

Requirements

• Knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience in developing strategic initiatives in clinical operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience in managing sponsor and CRO relationships.
