  • Team Support: You are the central support for our Carpay Sales Team and ensure smooth operations in daily sales activities.

  • System Maintenance: You are responsible for the accurate maintenance of our CRM system, ensuring all customer data and interactions are current and complete.

  • Appointment Coordination: You coordinate and schedule appointments for team members and efficiently manage their calendars.

  • Preparation: You professionally prepare customer appointments and tenders, compiling necessary documents and researching relevant information.

  • Document Creation: You independently create contract and proposal documents, ensuring their correct formatting and completeness.

  • Collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from the Carpay Sales Team and participate in internal discussions.

Requirements

  • Background: You have a successfully completed commercial training or comparable education.

  • Experience: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in an assistant or support role, ideally in a sales environment.

  • System Affinity: You are proficient in common MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with CRM systems is a plus.

  • Communication: You are communicative, service-oriented, and able to express yourself clearly in writing and verbally.

  • Organization: You are characterized by a structured, responsible, and detail-oriented working style.

  • Language Skills: You have C2 level German skills and speak fluent English, additional language skills are an advantage.

  • Energy: You have an interest in customer interactions and look forward to new challenges in a young team.
