Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will be a vital part of our growing sales team, responsible for closing new contracts with corporate clients and contributing significantly to our growth.

In Short

• Provide central support for the Sales Team to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system for accurate customer data.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in an assistance or support role, preferably in sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented, and able to express oneself clearly.
• Structured, responsible, and detail-oriented work style.
• C2 level German language skills and fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Interest in customer interactions and a willingness to take on new challenges.
