• Lead and manage the Hardware and IoT engineering team.
• Drive excellence in technology development and people management.
• Collaborate with product management to define and execute the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in software engineering, including coding and system design.
• 3+ years in technical leadership, with at least 1 year of people management.
• Strong programming skills in Python or another OOP language.
• Experience with Linux, Bash scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud-native deployments.
• Hands-on experience with embedded hardware integration.
• Strong understanding of client-server architectures and backend security.
• Experience with AIoT technologies and large-scale IoT device management.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or above).
