iOS Engineering Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead the iOS team and report to the Head of Mobile.
• Drive operational excellence and long-term strategic improvements.
• Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Manage technical debt and align architecture with Tech Leads.
• Grow, retain, and recruit top talent for the iOS team.
• Promote a data-informed engineering culture.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality features at scale.
• Participate in managing the full lifecycle of the team.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
• Support engineers in navigating ambiguity and removing blockers.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience, with 3 years in a management role.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
• Significant native iOS app development background.
• Experience working in remote environments.
