Overview

As an Engineering Manager at Rockwell Automation, you will provide technical leadership to a team supporting product development, fostering collaboration and maintaining high performance in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in embedded product development.
• 5+ years of experience as a people manager.
• Experience in embedded software design and development.
• Knowledge of hardware in high-speed digital/analog circuits.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to business needs and changes.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• Passion for continuous improvement and technical innovation.
